Financial Accountant

•	Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines set monthly;
•	Reporting regional performance and analysing major variances;
•	Providing and interpreting financial information;
•	Oversee daily cash position and ensuring all future cash obligations are met;
•	Managing the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
•	Providing auditors with year end trial balance with supporting documentation for all nominal ledgers and the completion of draft statutory accounts for all companies;
•	Liaising and working with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out and annual accounts are filed;
•	Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, bankers;

Knowledge & Skills

Prior accounts production, including balance sheet reconciliation, accrual / prepayment calculation, analysis of overheads, budgets and forecasting
Advanced working knowledge of Excel, data management, Pivot tables etc.
Statistical and analytical problem solving					
Good presentation and attention to detail
Effective time management skills – ability to handle competing demands
