The company:
They specialise in insurance underwriting in both the UK and globally within particular sectors.  They are part of a leading worldwide underwriter and reinsurance company as well as specialty insurance with $11 billion.

The Financial Accountant role:
Reporting to the CFO, your will be responsible for the statutory and financial reporting for all UK entities. You will produce Annual Statutory Accounts, compliant with UK GAAP, for 5 entities. You will prepare Quarterly Management Accounts and prepare quarterly and the annual financial return for one of the main entities. You would also prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors in order to obtain audit clearance for all above entities. You will prepare tax computations for all UK entities, produce cash flow forecasts for all of the above entities, assist with the production of the Quarterly Board Reports and assist in Quarterly reporting to Parent Company, on a US GAAP basis, produce quarterly UK IPT return and prepare analysis of Insurance Company’s settlements for US GAAP reporting. You will assist the CFO and FC with special projects.

The applicants for this role will need to possess all of the following qualifications, skill sets and experience:
•	You should be a recently ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
•	You should have at some stage worked in a firm of accountants
•	Good academic background is expected
•	Good communication skills are necessary
